Quick guide — President

The president runs the club's setup and has the widest scope. They have the same rights as managers, plus those listed below.

What you can do​

  • set up the club on first access (onboarding);
  • manage club information (Club module): name (locked if the club comes from the official list), logo, official listing and grounds (several grounds, one of them the main one, with a map and directions);
  • manage members, and grant Manager and President access;
  • manage member categories;
  • manage child profiles, invite a non-member parent, approve migrations to a player account;
  • create and edit events and call-ups;
  • prepare a match line-up and designate the captain;
  • manage the club subscription (plan and capacity extensions);
  • manage your personal account.
  1. Create your account (or request a demo on the beta) and finish the club onboarding.
  2. Complete the club identity in the Club module: logo and grounds. If the dashboard shows the "Find your club" banner, click "Find my club" to link the club to its official listing.
  3. Check or complete the categories.
  4. Add members, including your managers.
  5. Flag parents and create child profiles if needed.
  6. Create upcoming events, then call-ups.
  7. Prepare line-ups for matches.

Everyday modules​

  • Dashboard: next event, items to handle ("To do") and the week ahead.
  • Events: plan club activities.
  • Call-ups: select participants.
  • Members: add and update members.
  • Children: manage child profiles and migrations.
  • Categories: manage the membership structure.
  • Club: name, logo, official listing and grounds.
  • Settings (avatar menu): your profile and password; in production, the "Subscription" card gives access to subscription management.

Club subscription​

On the production environment, the president manages the club's subscription from Settings → "Manage subscription": choosing the plan (monthly, quarterly or annual) and capacity extensions. Payment is made directly in the app (secure payment by Stripe), with the option to enter a promo code. An extension increase is applied immediately (prorated); a decrease is scheduled for the next renewal. The base plan covers 20 billable members: the president and non-member parents are not counted, child profiles are. When the club reaches its subscription capacity, adding members or child profiles is refused. Without an active subscription, or after a failed payment, access is suspended for the whole club until the payment is settled.

Things to know​

  • a call-up is built from the present answers to an event;
  • line-ups are only for match call-ups;
  • only the president can grant Manager and President access, and nobody can delete another president;
  • deleting a child profile is irreversible (anonymisation);
  • on the beta, the welcome email sets out the access terms: 20 members maximum and 2 months from the account's creation.
