Managing member categories

The Categories module is available to the president and the manager.

A category defines a club membership, for example COMPETITION, LEISURE or YOUTH. It determines a member's or a child's eligibility for events.

• The president and the manager can create, update and delete categories.

Actions

• create a category;
• update its name;
• delete an unused category: a confirmation is requested. Deleting is not possible while the category is assigned to members; remove it from their profiles first.

Create your categories before adding many members at once to make categorization easier.
