I cannot see a module

A module may be hidden depending on your role. Only the modules your role has access to are visible in the menu. See the Roles and access section to know what your role allows.

I did not receive my email

Check your spam folder and confirm that the entered email address is correct. If the problem persists, contact support.

I can view a line-up but not edit it

Viewing the line-up is open to players, but editing is restricted to the president, coach and manager.

How is my child called up?

If your member is flagged as a "parent", you can manage your child's participation. See the Managing child profiles section to understand how to create a child profile, respond for your child and receive "on behalf of the child" notifications.

How do I add a call-up to my calendar?

From a call-up detail page, use the "Add to calendar" button to download an ICS file, then import it into your external calendar.
